Meghan Beatson, MD, FAAD

Dr. Meghan BeatsonDr. Meghan Beatson is a double board-certified/eligible physician, trained in both dermatology and dermatopathology. She has expertise in both medical and surgical dermatology. Dr. Beatson is particularly interested in skin cancer prevention, diagnosis, and management.

Dr. Beatson grew up in Potomac, MD and graduated from the University of Maryland College Park for her undergraduate studies. She went on to earn her medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, where she was honored with induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society for her outstanding academic performance. She completed her medical internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, dermatology residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and dermatopathology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

In joining Basko Dermatology, Dr. Beatson brings her expertise in medical and surgical dermatology as well as dermatopathology. Her additional fellowship training in dermatopathology makes her an excellent dermatologist for her patients. She strives to help her patients feel confident in their skin and prides herself on providing exceptional individualized care, addressing her patients’ concerns and questions.

Dr. Beatson is affiliated with Edward Hospital and Northwestern Hospital.
