Sarah is a Board-Certified and licensed Physician Assistant practicing medical and surgical dermatology. She brings 12 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in the field of dermatology.

Sarah grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology (Summa Cum Laude) at Denison University in Ohio in 2005. She earned her Master of Medical Science degree (MMS) in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University in 2008. She then worked as a family practice PA for three years, which provided her with a strong foundation in general medicine before transitioning into dermatology. Subsequently, Sarah practiced dermatology for 12 years in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago where her primary goal was to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients of all ages. She joined Basko Dermatology in 2024 and is excited to serve a community close to her home.

Sarah enjoys treating common skin conditions (such as acne, warts, eczema and psoriasis) as well as more complex autoimmune and inflammatory skin disorders. In addition, she has a special interest in the early detection and removal of skin cancers, and is highly skilled in surgical procedures.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, staying actively involved in her church, and traveling.
