DiamondGlow® is a noninvasive skin-facial treatment that uses a precision diamond-tipped wand to gently remove dead surface skin cells while suctioning away debris and delivering specially selected SkinMedica® Pro-Infusion Serums.

What to expect from your treatment
Before
Tell us about allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, active skin irritation, topical prescriptions and recent cosmetic treatments. The manufacturer advises stopping retinoids and exfoliating products at least three days beforehand, unless your treating clinician directs otherwise.
During
A trained team member selects the tip and serum, then moves the device over the planned treatment areas. You may feel mild suction or a slightly scratchy sensation. Treatment length depends on the areas treated.
After
Most patients can resume normal activities immediately. Mild temporary redness, tightness or swelling can occur. Use gentle skincare and broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher, and follow your clinician’s specific aftercare instructions.

No. Both are noninvasive facial treatments that exfoliate, help clear pores and deliver topical serums. DiamondGlow® uses a physical diamond tip and SkinMedica® Pro-Infusion Serums, while HydraFacial uses its own vortex-based technology and solutions. Our team can help you choose an approach suited to your skin.
Some patients notice smoother, more radiant-looking skin after their first appointment. The extent and duration of results vary, and a series of treatments may be recommended for longer-term cosmetic goals.
Downtime is usually minimal. Temporary redness, tightness, swelling or sensitivity is possible, so plan ahead of important events if your skin is reactive.
The manufacturer indicates treatments may be performed as often as every two weeks when appropriate. Your recommended schedule depends on your skin's condition, sensitivity and goals.
DiamondGlow® should not be performed on compromised skin, including sunburned, broken or irritated skin, open wounds, active weeping acne or cold sores. Share relevant health conditions, allergies, medications and pregnancy or breastfeeding status with your provider before treatment.

DiamondGlow® Important Safety Information
The DiamondGlow® device is indicated for general dermabrasion and delivery of topical cosmetic serums. It is not appropriate for patients with compromised skin quality, including sunburn, chapped or irritated skin, broken skin, open wounds, active weeping acne, cold sores or herpetic ulcers. Inform your provider if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have medical conditions or allergies, or use topical medications on the intended treatment area.
Possible side effects include a scratchy or stinging sensation during treatment and temporary redness, tightness or swelling afterward. Rare serious reactions include severe irritation and allergic reactions. Follow your provider’s recommendations and use sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher after treatment.
